Information we collect
When you join the Talent Network, we may collect your name, contact information, location, current role, experience, language proficiency, professional interests, qualifications, LinkedIn profile, consent choices and any résumé you choose to upload.
When you submit an Employer Pilot request, we may collect your company and contact information, role details, hiring timeline, recruiting activity, requirements and the hiring challenges you describe.
We may also collect basic technical and product-usage information, such as page visits, searches and clicks on external application links, to understand and improve the service.
How we use information
- Operate the Talent Network and Employer Pilot.
- Review potential fit between professionals and hiring needs.
- Contact you about your submission, relevant opportunities or requested services.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the platform.
- Measure and improve the usefulness of the site.
Joining the Talent Network does not submit you to a job or guarantee an introduction. We do not sell personal information.
When information is shared
We use service providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for database and file storage, Resend for transactional email, and our website hosting provider. They process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments.
We do not share a candidate's full profile or résumé with an employer merely because the candidate joined the network. We will seek appropriate permission before making an identifiable introduction, unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Storage, security and retention
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted administrative access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain submissions while they remain useful for the purposes described above, while a relationship is active, or as reasonably necessary for legal, security and recordkeeping needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, update or delete your information, withdraw optional communications consent, or object to certain uses. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply, including rights commonly described in Mexico as access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Please do not submit information about a minor.
