What the platform provides
Paso del Norte Talent is an independent industrial-talent discovery and matching platform for the El Paso–Ciudad Juárez region. The current service includes curated public job listings, a voluntary Talent Network and a concierge Employer Pilot.
External job listings
Unless we explicitly say otherwise, Paso del Norte Talent is not the employer, staffing agency or authorized representative for companies whose public vacancies appear on the site. Company names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the source of a public opportunity.
We summarize and organize information from public employer sources. The employer's official listing controls if information differs. Selecting “Apply on company site” takes you to a third-party website where any application is made directly to that employer. We cannot guarantee that a vacancy remains open, that its description is complete, or that an employer will respond.
Talent Network
Joining the Talent Network expresses interest in relevant professional opportunities. It is not a job application, employment contract, promise of representation or guarantee of an interview, introduction or offer. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and for deciding whether to pursue any opportunity.
Employer Pilot
Submitting an Employer Pilot request begins a conversation only. It does not publish a vacancy, create an agency relationship, obligate Paso del Norte Talent to provide candidates, or form a paid-services contract. Any commercial engagement must be agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and not to misuse the platform. You may not submit false or unlawful content, impersonate another person or company, scrape or harvest personal information, interfere with security, distribute malicious code, or use the service to discriminate or violate employment and privacy laws.
No professional advice or guarantees
Information on the platform is provided for general employment-discovery purposes. It is not legal, immigration, tax or career advice. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for hiring decisions, third-party websites, employer conduct, candidate conduct or losses arising from reliance on an external listing.
Intellectual property
The Paso del Norte Talent brand, original site design, taxonomy and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of information you submit and give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the services described here and in the Privacy Notice.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access, remove submissions or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or platform integrity. We may update these Terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update means the current Terms apply.
